Remember the account in the bible, where the disciples were in a boat and Jesus came walking on water? When the disciples saw a shadowy figure walking on the water towards them, naturally they thought that it was a ghost and screamed out in fear. The assuring voice of the master came "Take courage, it is I do not be afraid." While the rest calm down upon hearing the master's voice, there was one who stood out amongst the rest. He was not satisfied to remain in the boat. To him if Jesus is walking on water, he too would like to experience it. He cried out with hunger, he cried out with desperation, he cried out as a man dissatisfied with status quo "Lord if it is you, command me to come out to you on the waters."
12 men heard the command coming from Jesus. (Did you notice that Jesus did not say "Peter come...He said "Come") Only one responded and walk on water and experienced the miracle of walking on water.
I believed that at this moment, the same Jesus is calling out to Revival Generation "Come!"
If we stepped out in faith, we will experience the miracle which is intended for us. If we looked at the wind, the waves and the impossible situation, then we will only remain in the old lousy boat of doubts and unbelief.
Let us be a generation that dares to step out in faith. Do you hear the call of Christ? Come! I want to bring about a miracle through you! Come I want to use you to bring salvation to 500 souls clinging on the cliff of death.
Beloved what God calls us to do may sounds impossible, but I challenge you to be like Peter. Step out of the boat of doubts and unbelief and walk on miracles!
